RFID

(Radio Frequency Identification)

An RFID sports-based tag stores participant data, enabling precise RFID sports tracking. Each tag is programmed and tested before events to ensure accuracy. Using RFID bib tags and shoe tags, runners are detected when they pass over timing mats & race timing hardware, delivering faultless UHF chip timing for running races.

Chips are placed around the ankle and read when the runner passes through the timing mat placed on the ground.
